Volcanic Stone Salsero 22cm
Volcanic Stone Salseros are also used as dish service in restaurants and homes. While recipes are usually not stewed or otherwise cooked in them, the stone stays hot for a very long time due to its high thermal mass, and it is not unusual for a dish to still be bubbling half an hour after serving.
Carefully place it face down on a charcoal grill to get it burning hot and use it to make a Molcajete de Asados!
