BesoAgave Concentrate is an organic sweetener made from the agave plant most commonly used for the manufacture of tequila and mezcal.
Although this is marketed as a syrup, it is not a reduction of sugar and water, but rather is simply the sweet juice of cooked agave root, and makes an interesting addition to cocktails.
