This Mezcal Alipús San Miguel Tío Jesús is a white mezcal made in Mexico (Oaxaca) and with Agave de arroqueno and espadín.It is a small batch, rare variety that uses clay pot distillation and the rare agave de Arroqueno.
This mezcal is distilled in clay pots, which gives the Mezcal a very unique mouthfeel compared to copper distilling.
