Los Danzantes Reposado Mezcal is a combination of ripe fruits and smoky aromas on the palate with notes of caramel and honey rounding off an elegant and robust finish. Mezcal made from maguey espadín (Agave angustifolia Haw) capon from the Oaxaca Valley region, aged in 66% French white oak barrels and 33% American white oak barrels, for 9 months.
TASTING NOTES:
View: clean, very intense color, mahogany color.
Nose: elegant and subtle aroma, with accents of smoke, earth, vanilla and maple syrup.
Taste: confirmed aromas in the mouth, (sweet) good balance of alcohol, subtle. Soft but well rounded, elegant, robust and sparkling on the palate. Game of flavors that come and go between highly confirmed vanilla and wood, sweet and humid wood accents, which lengthen the excellent aftertaste.
Pairing: It is excellent as a digestif, accompanied with desserts with vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate. Excellent with metate chocolate.
