This Mezcal Verde Momento is made in Mexico in the Oaxaca region, the magical lands of Tlacolula, with espadín agave. It is made after grinding and cooking with three different woods (ocote, oak and pirul), fermentation is takes place 100% naturally in pine tubs from 7 to 30 days.
Double distillation. Mezcal Verde Momento is made from 100% Espadín agave. In its cooking process it uses a mixture of different woods: ocote, oak and pirul to obtain its smoky profile, characteristic and captivating to the palate.
The fermentation of Mezcal Verde Momento is 100% natural; No chemicals such as synthetic nutrients or agricultural fertilizers are added to this process. Fermentation is carried out with natural bacteria and yeasts found in the environment and is carried out in pine vats for 7 to 30 days. Depending on the environment for natural fermentation, in winter this can take up to 30 days, while in summer it takes 7 days.
