Tequila Rooater Rojo Añejo: This is a tequila that is aged between 12 and 18 months in American oak barrels that previously contained American Whiskey. These medium and toasted barrels are the ones that provide their beautiful dark amber color, with reddish tones, aromas of toasted wood, vanilla, chocolate and spices.
It feels round and smooth in the mouth, leaving a satisfying long finish on the palate. Rooster Rojo Añejo Tequila is a hand-selected 100% Blue Agave tequila. Agave pineapples come from the Altos de Jalisco and Tequila in Mexico, from carefully selected and cultivated fields.
The water used in the distillation process of this tequila is filtered with Mexican silver, which gives the tequila a complex character and smoothness on the palate.
