Prices do not include VAT and can change at any time. Processing times can vary from 1-2 business days following the validation of payment.

An order can weigh a maximum of 30kg for Portugal and Spain and 15kg for Europe Mainland, regardless of its size.

Your shipment is made by parcel post, traceable in Portugal and in Europe. For rest of Europe deliveries we enlist GLS or UPS for our deliveries. An email is sent to the email provided by the customer with the information to track your package.


Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form. The information transmitted to Casa Mexicana when ordering engages the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an error in the wording or missing information of the recipient's contact details, Casa Mexicana cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the items ordered. The cost implications of the redelivery (shipping costs) will be considered the customer's responsibility.


Casa Mexicana undertakes to prepare and ship the products ordered within two working days following the validation of payment. The risks thereafter are the responsibility of the customer from the moment the products have left the premises of Casa Mexicana.

In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. When receiving the package, the customer must check the contents. The customer can raise a complaint if the contents of the package do not conform to their order. Delivery times are only indicative, delays in transportation by third party providers are unrelated to our intervention and control.​ 

Deliveries of Alcoholic Products are shipped separately from your food product orders and will arrive at a different time. We use a third party supplier for all alcoholic product displayed on our website and the availability can change at any time. We will confirm via email if the selected product is available or if we have a suitable replacement. They will be shipped in specially designed recyclable cardboard packaging to protect the bottles during transit and minimize the chance of breakage. However, glass bottles are brittle and sometimes break. All our shipments are guaranteed and have insurance against loss or breakage for 100% of its value.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have an issue with any of the products you purchased from our website please contact us within 3 working days after receiving your order at orders@casamexicana.shop and our Customer Care team we will be able to assist you.​

Due to the nature of our products, items that expire sooner than 1-month from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you have the option to return your purchase. You must let us know 7 days after receiving your package at orders@casamexicana.shop, please use the form on this link.

If when you receive your order you notice visible damage to the package, please notify the courier on the spot and forward photographic evidence to orders@casamexicana.shop of the damaged package and broken/damaged items so we can use that as evidence when reporting the issue to the courier company. 

Depending on each case our Customer Care team will review your case and contact you with a resolution within 5 working days from receiving your message, they may offer you a partial refund, full refund or replacement based on the information you provided us, you can also opt for store credit to be applied to your next order. We ensure you our commitment to guarantee your customer satisfaction is Casa Mexicana's utmost priority.
