Mezcal Alipús Santa Ana is a spirit distilled from one or more different varieties of agave. It can only be produced in the designated areas within the 8 different Mexican states.
It must be bottled in Mexico. This is unaged or aged in stainless steel or plastic containers before bottling.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: transparent and straw-colored. Nose: herbal, mineral, smoky aromas, hints of acetone.
Mouth: hints of herbaceous flowers, minerals and a touch subtle smoked.
