Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila is a young, white tequila made from 100% Blue Agave planted in Mexico in the lands of Los Altos, Jalisco.
Designed for bartenders by bartenders, it is one of the few tequilas that includes the Tahona method in its process, a tradition of more than 500 years; the agave is macerated with volcanic stone, which provides a much more intense flavor and highlights the aromatic properties of the plant.
