Mezcal Alipús San Baltazar Joven is a young white mezcal made with 100% maguey Espadín hill agave and white and stony earth by Don Cosme Hernández and his son Cirilo in San Baltazar Guelavila, Tlacolula, Oaxaca.
It is an artisanal mezcal fermented in Cylindrical pine wood vats and discontinuously double distillated in copper stills.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: clear. Nose: aromas of acetone and green herbs.
Mouth: sweet fruit flavors (slight hint of coconut) and then delicate in spices, a long finish.
