Mezcal Alipus San Juan Joven is a young white mezcal made with agave Angustifolia Haw de Capón from a very steep high mountain, which generates less exposure to the sun, and no water stagnation.
Double distillation in copper stills, fermented in tall conical oak vats.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: straw-colored and with transparent tones.
Nose: smoky, herbaceous and roots.
Mouth: persistent smoky character, herbs, with a mineralized note.
